Poster Session Showcase

Poster Sessions will take place in the Platinum Lobby from 10:10-10:55am on Thursday, July 20. Please make sure your poster is set up prior to the session.

Conference poster presentations are a way to share ideas and resources that might not warrant a full session and that focus on visual appeal.

This year, WVSTC participants are invited to rethink traditional conference poster presentations. What innovative, inspiring ideas do you have to share? What innovative, inspiring methods can you use to share those ideas?

Traditional, research-based posters are indispensable, practical, and still welcome!

Although we cannot provide design services, the WVSTC planning committee is ready to work with you. Check out the logistics and topic suggestions to get started.

Presentation

  • Prepare a short (no more than 5 minute) presentation
  • Q&A session to follow
