Important Update: Revised Schedule for the WVSTC
We wanted to provide you with an important update regarding the West Virginia Statewide Technology Conference (WVSTC) schedule.
Due to budgetary considerations and not meeting our early attendance goals, we have made the difficult decision to reduce the conference duration from three days to two (July 19 & 20). While this change was not what we initially planned, we are committed to delivering a high-quality event that meets the needs of our attendees.
We understand that this adjustment may impact your scheduling and travel arrangements, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Our team is working diligently to ensure that the revised schedule maintains the most valuable sessions and experiences for our participants.
Rest assured that the WVSTC will still offer a robust lineup of engaging keynote speakers, practical sessions on successful technology implementation, networking opportunities, and informative pre-conference sessions. We remain dedicated to creating an enriching and impactful experience for all attendees.
If you have already registered for the conference, the main change will be to the concurrent sessions schedule as the Friday sessions have been moved to Wednesday and Thursday. We will also not be holding social events Thursday evening.

The West Virginia Statewide Technology Conference app is available via the Web (mobile/desktop), iOS, and Android.
If you have not yet, registered, we have decided to keep the Early Bird and Group Registration pricing available until the conference begins, so you still have time to register at the lower rate.
