Presenter Information
I have worked for the past 4 years as a STEAM Specialist for the state of West Virginia. We have traveled the state, visiting middle and high school classrooms to lead teachers through an immersive and hands-on STEAM lesson through embedded professional development. By integrating STEAM exercises into West Virginia classrooms in fun, accessible ways, we are helping students hone problem-solving skills and innovative mindsets to prepare them for college and/or STEAM-based careers.
